BACKGROUND
Recently, Lifelong Medical Care, Inc. (Lifelong) leadership requested a letter of support from the City of San Pablo for Lifelong's Service Area Competition (SAC) application (HRSA-20-015) to the US Health Resources and Services Administration of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. This federal grant funding program, if awarded to Lifelong, would enable continuation of its Section 330 funding to assist Lifelong to continue serving low-income and vulnerable populations in Alameda County, Contra Costa County and Marin County, California.
