BACKGROUND
The City Manager is presenting an updated Resolution to rescind the previous adopted Resolution 2019-040 unanimously approved at the March 18, 2019 City Council meeting, and listed as "Attachment A" to this agenda report (See Attachment). The updated Resolution will be reconsidered to include additional public disclosure about the Mayor's membership in the San Pablo Rotary Club. The Mayor has indicated that he is not an officer with the San Pablo Rotary Club and has not received a salary, stipend, gift or travel expenses from the Club. Such public disclosure shall be noted in the City Council's official records.
On March 7, 2019 the City Manager's office received an email from Ms. Carol Robinson, Fundraising Co-chairwoman of the San Pablo Rotary Club, requesting City Council to consider a fee waiver in the amount of $770 for the use of Maple Hall for their annual "Night in Tuscany" fundraiser event on Friday, April 26, 2019.
