(1) Receive presentation to be forwarded to City Council for formal consideration; (2)
Recommend to the City Council that it authorize the City Manager to enter into a
one-year Multi-City CORE contract extension for FY 2026-27 in the amount of $103,073
utilizing one-time funds from FY 2026-27 GFDR Fund-(110), effective July 1, 2026; and
(3) Recommend to the City Council that it authorize the City Manager to enter into a
three-year CORE contract extension with Richmond in the amount of $387,621 for the
FY 2026-27, FY 2027-28, and FY 2028-29 periods.

$198,236 from the FY 2025-26 Asset & Vehicle Replacement Internal Service Fund
(ISF Fund: 140) to acquire and procure designated fleet vehicles for the Police
Department to the City Council for formal approval; and (3) Recommend to the City
Council an appropriation of $200,000 from the FY 2025-26 Asset & Vehicle
Replacement Internal Service Fund (ISF Fund: 140) to acquire and procure designated
fleet vehicles for the Community Development, Community Services, and Public Works
Departments to the City Council for formal approval.
