CITY MANAGER REMARKS  
City Manager Matt Rodriguez made the following announcements:  
1. The next City-hosted Dumpster Day will be on Saturday, June 20, 2026.  
2. For the upcoming Primary Election on June 2, 2026, San Pablo has two 24-hour ballot drop boxes for voters,  
one located at San Pablo City Hall, 1000 Gateway Avenue and the other is at Contra Costa College Campus,  
2600 Mission Bell Drive.  
3. Two virtual community Zoom meetings are forthcoming on May 20 and May 27, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00  
p.m. regarding the FY 2026/27 and FY 2027/28 Preliminary Draft Budget prior to the June 1, 2026 Public Budget  
Hearing.  
4. The San Pablo EDC will host their Annual Business Mixer on May 7, 2026, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in Maple  
Hall, including recognition of the Small Business and Sustainable Business of the Year awards.
