CEQA: This project is categorically exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15301, Existing Facilities, Class 1. This Class applies to minor alterations to existing facilities, such as the existing personal storage commercial building upon which the mural would be painted. This project is also exempt under CEQA Guidelines section 15061(b)(3) because it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the project will have an impact on the environment. | | |
