Continue Fiscal Resilience, Fiscal Excellence and Fiscal Transparency is an adopted City Council Priority contained in the adopted Fiscal Year 2023-2025 City Council Priority Workplan, effective May 1, 2023.
BACKGROUND
In compliance with San Pablo Municipal Code Sections 3.04.240 and 3.04.250, this report sets a public hearing on the Operating Budget and the CIP Budget at a special City Council meeting for Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at 5:00p.m., and confirms that such public hearing shall be duly noticed. The public hearing will provide key information that will allow the City Council and members of the public to understand the proposed Triennial Operating and CIP budgets.
The City Manager and City's Budget Team will also be meeting with the City Council Budget, Fiscal and Legislative Standing Committee on April 29, 2024 to review the Preliminary Draft Triennial Operating and CIP Budgets prior to the scheduled May 1, 2024 budget hearing date.
Pursuant to the City's Municipal Code requirements, City Council regular meetings are held on the first and third Monday of each month.
