BACKGROUND
At the conclusion of the July 18, 2022 regular City Council meeting, Councilmember Cruz made a motion which was duly seconded, and unanimously adopted by majority vote, for the City Council to consider approving Proclamations recognizing San Francisco Giants for the Junior Giants Program, as well as the San Jose Earthquakes for their local support of our youth.
Procedurally, the City Council must approve requests for Proclamations by majority vote via minute action prior to official issuance.
