BACKGROUND
At the September 7, 2021 City Council meeting, Councilmember Cruz made a motion, duly seconded, to agendize a request for Council Consideration the issuance of a proclamation recognizing November 14-20, 2021 as the Fourth Annual United Against Hate Week. Ms. Sarah Dunham also spoke at the September 7 City Council meeting and requested the same recognition.
The City Council had previously issued a proclamation in 2018.
