BACKGROUND
The League is requesting the names of the voting delegates for the October 7, 2020 Annual Business Meeting where the membership takes action on conference resolutions (see attached notice from the League of California Cities).
The following delegation procedures is intended to ensure the integrity of the voting process at the Annual Business Meeting. The procedures attached were issued prior to the decision that the Annual Conference would be held virtually. Additional voting instructions may be issued by the League of California Cities, but the need to choose a Voting Delegate and Voting Delegate Alternate remains the same.
FISCAL IMPACT
None associated with this action as the City has already paid membership for this year.
