BACKGROUND
At the October 21, 2019 meeting, the City Council unanimously approved Mayor Kinney’s request to place for consideration the issuance of a proclamation recognizing November 2019 as Homelessness Awareness Month. The City Council has recognized Homeless Awareness Month in previous years.
