BACKGROUND
The League is requesting the names of the voting delegates for the October 18, 2019 Annual Business Meeting where the membership takes action on conference resolutions (see attached notice from the League of California Cities). To date, Mayor Kinney is unable to attend; however, Councilmembers Elizabeth Pabon-Alvarado and Rita Xavier are registered for the Conference and have agreed to be the designated voting delegate and voting delegate-alternate, accordingly.
