BACKGROUND
On May 9, 2019 Andre Williams, President of SPCYA, submitted a letter to the City Staff requesting City Council waive fees for Davis Park (Multi-Use and Mini Sports Fields) and the Davis Park Concession Stand on the following dates and times:
Davis Park Sport Fields (Multi-Use Sports Field and Mini Sports Field)
* July 22, 2019 - December 15, 2019 (Monday-Friday 6:30 PM-8:30 PM)
* Exceptions include City Holidays/Closure Dates

SPCYA offers a diverse football program that provides approximately 100 San Pablo youth the ability to travel to numerous cities and compete against various football programs. Participants are rewarded for their accomplishments in athletics as well as scholastics to assure them that they are always winners just for taking the initiative to do their best.
Organizations requesting fee waivers need to submit supporting paperwork such as articles of incorporation, updated roster/membership, list of organization officers and contact information, certificate of insurance, and copy of the organizations by-laws.
