On February 26, 2019, a request was received from Gia Paolini, the Community Library Manager of San Pablo for issuance of a proclamation recognizing the week of April 7-13 as National Library Week. Ms. Paolini also requested formal presentation of the proclamation at the April 1 City Council meeting.  She will also provide an update to the City Council on the current and forthcoming activities at the San Pablo Library.

On March 7, 2019, a request from James Lyons, District Coordinator for the Office of Supervisor John Gioia and member of the Contra Costa County Red Cross Leadership, was received for issuance of a proclamation acknowledging March as American Red Cross Month.  The City Council has approved such proclamations in recent years.
