BACKGROUND
The term of current member Lucy Alfaro expired in November 2018.
The term of current member Dorothy Gantt expired in February 2019.
Both Ms. Alfaro and Ms. Gantt desire to continue their service on the Committee and they have each demonstrated their commitment to the City since 2014 and 2013, respectively (see attached applications). Ms. Gantt is the current chair of the Committee.
A vacancy notice continues to be posted as there remains three (3) vacancies - two for San Pablo residents and one non-resident; the three vacancies do not include the memberships held by Ms. Alfaro and Ms. Gantt. The vacancy notice also broadcasts on Channel 26 (local access channel for San Pablo).
