These issues include addressing licensed tobacco establishments within San Pablo to ensure compliance with state and local laws. Furthermore, the POP Unit works with youth and community members within our schools and programs to develop positive and productive relationships.

The City of San Pablo has more than 60 tobacco outlets within 2.6 square miles. The large majority of licensees surround our community schools, parks, and community centers.
