BACKGROUND

Pursuant to San Pablo Municipal Code Section 2.16.070, the Mayor makes all recommendations to all City Council assignments affirmed by majority vote of the City Council to become effective. Currently, there is a need to discuss potential amendments to the existing City Manager’s employment agreement.

Upon recommendation by Mayor Calloway, pursuant to SPMC 2.16.070, designate Mayor Calloway and Councilmember Cruz to this newly established temporary ad-hoc subcommittee. Recommended appointments require majority vote approval by the City Council by minute action.
