BACKGROUND
Current Members Leonard McNeil’s and David Alvarado’s terms expired July 2017 and both have expressed their desire to remain active members of the Citizens Oversight Committee. The Committee will receive the presentation of the Measures Q and K Annual Audits and Reports for period ending June 30, 2017 on May 24, 2018.
As of May 1, 2018, Member Pete Dito has informed the City that his San Pablo business, Dito’s Doors, is now closed, and that he now resides in Redding, California, rendering him ineligible to continue to serve on the Committee (see attached letter).
Staff will post a vacancy notice for the one remaining vacancy and solicit applications from eligible members of the community to fill the position.
