BACKGROUND
The Community Services Department, on behalf of the California Park & Recreation Society, and as a member of CPRS District 3, has requested a proclamation declaring October 25, 2017 as Unity Day-Bullying Awareness and Prevention Day (see attached).
This proclamation will be the first of its kind approved by City Council.
