BACKGROUND
On March 20, 2017, City Council awarded a contract to Automatic Door Systems, Inc. in the amount of $19,990 for installation of automatic restroom doors at 1943 Church Lane, San Pablo Senior Center.
The project included installation of two automatic doors that lead into the women's restroom and one automatic door that leads into men's restroom at the San Pablo Senior Center. The work also included some electrical work for all doors that were being installed on the project. The project was completed on May 11, 2017 in accordance to specifications in the Maintenance and Trade Services Agreement between City of San Pablo and Automatic Doors Systems, Inc.
By adopting the attached resolution, the City Council will accept the work as complete and authorize the City Engineer to issue a Notice of Completion and file with the Contra Costa County Recorder.
FISCAL IMPACT
The approved amount for the Maintenance and Trade Services Agreement between City of San Pablo and Automatic Doors Systems, Inc. was $19,990. The final cost for the project was $19,990.
Funding for the project was provided from an appropriation of the General Fund Designated Reserve to fund ADA projects citywide (ADA-FAC) to the Capital Improvement Fund FY ...
