CEQA Compliance Statement
This agreement is not a project as defined by CEQA; however, the specific work identified from the conceptual design may require further CEQA review.

BACKGROUND
The City of San Pablo currently owns a two-acre site located at 1411 Rumrill Boulevard in the City of San Pablo. The property was purchased in October 2016 from the Local Successor Agency by Resolution LSA2016-007 adopted on 3rd day of October 2016 and adopted by the Oversight Board on the 17th day of October 2016 by Resolution OBA2016-004.

The City of San Pablo intends to construct a new Corporation Yard on this site that will serve as the City's centralized maintenance and storage headquarters. In addition to the maintenance functions, it is proposed that storage and potential training facilities for the Community Services and the Police Departments be included at the site. The professional services of an architectural firm are required to develop a needs assessment, site evaluation, geotechnical study, preliminary design alternatives, and project budget.
