BACKGROUND
On July 20, 2015, City Council adopted resolution 2015-128 appropriating $150,000 from FY 2015/16 General Fund Designated Reserves / City-wide Economic Development Projects to Economic Development Professional Services (100-1320-43600-EPS-000) to fund pre-development work on the former El Portal school site located at 2600 Moraga Road (El Portal). Of that amount, approximately $43,000 has been expended and/or encumbered to date as follows:

Architectural Services on El Portal $ 25,000
The City continues the pre-development work on El Portal. For ease of administration, the proposed resolution authorizes the transfer of the remaining monies in the amount of $107,000 into a project budget in the CIP (320-3200-44000-EPS-000).
