BACKGROUND
Ms. Genoveva Garcia Calloway’s term on the Childhood Obesity Prevention Advisory Group expires February 2020. Ms. Calloway is committed to this program and would like to remain as a member (see attached). The notice for one vacancy has been posted since October 2019 and no other inquiries or applications have been filed with the City Clerk’s Office.
A meeting of the Advisory Committee is scheduled in the next few weeks.
Staff recommends approval of a one-year term renewal for Ms. Garcia Calloway.
