BACKGROUND
The Public Works Department Maintenance Division is responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of City properties and infrastructure including security, repairs, and major maintenance of City-owned assets such as buildings, landscaping, roadways, vehicles, and parks. The Public Works Department has identified a need to replace the pour-in-place rubber play surface pads at Davis Park as part of the City's ongoing commitment to maintaining safe and accessible recreation facilities for the community.
