Waive the second reading and adopt the Ordinance amending Chapter 3.16 of the San Pablo Municipal Code, as introduced at the August 3, 2026 regular meeting of the City Council.

SECOND READING AND ADOPTION
On August 3, 2026, the City Council introduced the Ordinance, waived the first reading, and set the second reading and adoption for the next regular City Council meeting. No changes have been made to the Ordinance since its introduction. This item is presented on the Consent Calendar for the second reading and adoption of the Ordinance. If adopted, the Ordinance will take effect thirty (30) days following its adoption, and the City Clerk’s Office will publish and post the Ordinance in accordance with California Government Code Section 36933.
