This action is not in the City Council’s Priority Workplan, but is necessary for the ongoing fiscal resilience of the City, and Continue Best Management Practices with Fiscal Resilience, Fiscal Excellence, and Fiscal Transparency is item #410 on the FY 2025-27 City of San Pablo City Council Priority Workplan adopted April 7, 2025 via Resolution 2025-044, as most recently amended on April 20, 2026 via Resolution 2026-063.
BACKGROUND
After careful consideration of several consulting firms specializing in time impacts analysis, Riedinger Consulting, LLC was engaged by the City to provide forensic scheduling consulting services to support the City’s construction projects, including its ongoing Police Headquarters and Training Facility Project.
Effective March 1, 2026, City and Riedinger Consulting, LLC entered into an Agreement for forensic scheduling consulting services for Phase I services in an amount not to exceed $30,000. Effective July 15, 2026, City and Riedinger Consulting, LLC entered into a First Amendment to that Agreement, adding $20,000 in maximum compensation for continued services, for a total compensation under the Agreement as amended not to exceed $50,000.
