BACKGROUND
San Pablo Senior Public Works Inspector Leck Soungpanya retired from the Public Works Department on December 31, 2025, after a distinguished thirty-one years of service with the City of San Pablo. The proposed proclamation commends and congratulates Leck on the occasion of his retirement.
