CITY MANAGER RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Receive presentation and direct the City Manager to proceed with the following recommendations via minute action/order, as follows:

1) Receive presentation of Proposed DRAFT conceptual City-wide Beautification Plan (Plan); and

2) Receive final input from the City Council on conceptual capital projects for the Plan; and

3) Direct the City Manager to formally solicit a project consultant or engineer to develop a final Plan which includes all cost estimates, project timelines, including one-time funding Allocation sources identified for future capital programming into the City's Multi-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget for project implementation for FY 2026-27, FY 2027-28 and FY 2028-29 periods.
