STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Approve Resolution recommending approval of PLAN2406-0002, subject to findings. This is a recommendation by the Planning Commission to the City Council for approval of an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance provisions in the Municipal Code related to accessory dwelling units.

BACKGROUND
On January 1, 2019, Senate Bill (SB) 1333 made amendments to existing State law (Government Code Sections 65852.2 and 65852.150) related to Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).
