The proposed project has been determined to be categorically exempt from the provisions of CEQA, in accordance with CEQA guidelines 15305 Minor Alterations in Land Use Limitations (minor easement not resulting in the creation of any new parcel).
BACKGROUND
The City of San Pablo is the owner of both affected parcels, parcel one (APN 417-310-012), also known as 1050 Gateway Avenue, contains the San Pablo Police Department Head Quarters currently under construction, and parcel two (APN 417-310-013), also known as 1000 Gateway Avenue is the San Pablo City Hall. A Lot Line Adjustment, approved under Resolution 2026-022 re-established the property line between these two parcels.
