This is not applicable under the FY 2025-27 City of San Pablo Council Priority Workplan, effective April 7, 2025.
BACKGROUND
Former Richmond Mayor Jael Myrick, via Councilmember Pineda, requested a Proclamation from the City Council to honor Pastor Otha Johnson's 103rd Birthday, and to recognize his 30 years of leadership and service to the community of San Pablo.
Once approved by the City Council, Pastor Otha Johnson will not be able to attend the next regular City Council meeting for the Proclamation presentation. Therefore, City Manager will arrange for the Proclamation to be issued privately to a designated representative.
