Recommendation
(1) Receive presentation to be forwarded to City Council for formal consideration; (2) Recommend to the City Council that it authorize the City Manager to enter into a one-year Multi-City CORE contract extension for FY 2026-27 in the amount of $103,073 utilizing one-time funds from FY 2026-27 GFDR Fund-(110), effective July 1, 2026; and (3) Recommend to the City Council that it authorize the City Manager to enter into a three-year CORE contract extension with Richmond in the amount of $387,621 for the FY 2026-27, FY 2027-28, and FY 2028-29 periods.
