San Pablo Police Services Technician Julie Nemanick retired from the San Pablo Police Department on June 30, 2026, after a distinguished twenty-seven years of service with City of San Pablo. The proposed proclamation commends and congratulates PST Nemanick on the occasion of her retirement.
