PRESENTATION OF CANNABIS TAX FUND GRANT PROGRAM FROM THE CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL (CHP) AND THE ALCOHOL POLICING PARTNERSHIP GRANT FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL (ABC)

Recommendation

(1) Receive presentation; (2) Recommend formal consideration and approval by the City Council to authorize the City Manager to (A) Accept grant funding in the amount of $181,173 from CHP for the Cannabis Tax Fund Grant Program, and (B) Accept grant funding in the amount of $68,118 from ABC for the Alcohol Policing Partnership Grant.
