FY 2023-25 Council Priority Workplan Compliance Statement

This action is consistent with the Strategic Initiative areas to Build a Healthy Community - Continue development of multi-diversity, equity and inclusion practices in all city programs and services (101) adopted policy items under the FY2023-25 Council Priority Workplan, effective May 1, 2023.

 

 

BACKGROUND

The City’s Planning Commission has one upcoming vacancy due to current Planning Commissioner Roberta Feliciano’s expiration of term on January 31, 2025.

 

One (1) application has been received by the City Clerk’s Office for formal City Council consideration by the application deadline, as follows:

 

1)                     Roberta Feliciano

 

Applicant Eligibility for Appointment

Applicant meets the residency requirement and has been confirmed as a registered voter in San Pablo by the City Clerk’s Office.

 

Appointive Process

The official appointment would be approved by formal motion and majority vote via Resolution.
