Recommendation
(1) Receive presentation and overview; (2) Accept the 2025 Military Equipment Annual Report; (3). Determine the use of military equipment by PD in 2025 complied with adopted Policy 709 and applicable State laws; and (4) Determines Policy 709 be continued without change; and (5) Recommend formal consideration and approval by the City Council.
